It's over.

I just got home from the court hearing.

I have to say, it was quite intimidating. I thought it might be a couple people in a room with the judge, just trying to agree on something, but it wasn't like that. It was a full blown court room, like the ones on t.v.

I got sworn in and everything.

I was a nervous wreck, but as soon as I walked on the doors, I put on my best "strong" face. I didn't even cry, which I thought I would do.

The judge granted me a full no-contact PFA for 3 years. (We asked for a one year PFA that just would restrain him from calling me or coming to my house. Now, he can't call me, email me, text me, contact me through a third party, come to my work, or be in the same vicinity as me. If I walk into a restaraunt, and he's there, he has to get up and leave.) Mike also has to complete alcohol treatment and pay for all of the court costs. He also has another hearing for the rest of his charges (harassment, public drunkenness, burglary, assault, etc).

Basically, he got nailed.
In the ass.
Sans lube.

I have very mixed feelings about the whole thing. At the moment, I feel empowered and proud. I showed him that I have balls; I'm not his bitch anymore. I did something that he never in his wildest dreams believed that I was capable of.

I'm sure it will hit me later tonight. Rob's coming over- I plan on getting obliterated and fucking his brains out. Anything to keep me from hurting tonight.
