I have an announcement to make. This is me sealing the deal, this is my promise to you guys that have ever asked me to do this.
I am going to turn this blog into a book.
I've been working on it for about a week now. I have a basic format established, and I've been working on the introduction pretty heavily.
With this move to Florida, I'm leaving a lot of me behind. I'm not going to carry that travel bag with Rob and Mike and the four guys responsible for the worst thing that ever happened to me. They can stay in Pennsylvania. Writing this book is helping me come to grips with a lot of it, to reassure me of who I am and push me to where I want to be.
If any of you have any specific ideas, thoughts, or stories that you'd like to see in the book, PLEASE let me know. I want to keep you guys involved with this project- you've been loyal through a lot of shitty stuff, and it's about time you get to be loyal about something positive.
Thank you all- the regular commenters, the lurkers (I'm one of you!), the ones who shared their stories, and the ones who believe in me, no matter what. I'm blessed to have you all.

JP- If it were to get published, I'd send you guys copies. You'll know.
Daniel- I don't. I'm just now getting started, and I'd rather be able to go to someone with it when it's done. But if you've got suggestions, I'll take 'em.
I remember speaking to an author at high school once who said that books get rejected on average 10 times before they will get published. So be ready for that and don't give up.

I would shop it around before you turn it into a straight up book. You can usually find a literary agent who will just work on commission and they'll help you figure it out from there, I know it's a long involved process.
PS. have you moved down to florida yet? where in florida are you moving to? I'm gonna be down there (tampa area) over spring break so you should come visit me (it's dinorider from psc in case ure like "omg not meeting a stranger he'll take me to his dungeon and sell my kidneys")
